Most common side effects

Common side-effects include injection site reactions such as redness, rash, swelling, itching, pain, or bruising; upper respiratory infections (including sinus infections); headaches, rash, nausea. Rare side effects include lupus-like syndrome.

Other

Serious infections have included tuberculosis (TB) and infections caused by viruses, fungi. Lupus-like reactions, and liver problem are rare but have also been reported. Another rare risk is cancer known as hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma.
