For the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease who have had an inadequate response with , lost response to, or were intolerant to a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker or immunomodulator; or had an inadequate response with, were intolerant to, or demonstrated dependence on corticiosteroids.

Most common side effects
Common side effects include injection site reactions, naspharyngitis, headache, pain in joints, nausea, fever, upper respiratory infections, fatigue.
